The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) and Tripura Road Transport Corporation (TRTC) jointly operate this service. The buses depart from Dhaka and drop passengers at Agartala after crossing the Akhaura Border. The bus journey typically takes around 6 to 7 hours, including the time for border formalities.
